Ordering process
Orders can be made fast, efficiently and most importantly safely online via our secure server.
If however for some reason you are unable to order online we are happy to offer another option.
- Order online and pay using your credit card, we accept Visa and Mastercard or Direct Debit.
This process is by far the fastest and is safe.
- Email us your order. To place an order, simply email sales@littlegypsies.com detailing what
you want and we will contact you within 24 hrs with order confirmation and to arrange payment.
When paying via direct debit please note your full name in the transaction description and send us
an email to let us know you have paid. Keep in mind payments may take up to 48 hours to clear, and
items will be sent once payment has cleared.

Delivery charges
Within Australia, Little Gypsies delivery is FREE for all orders over AU $150 or a flat rate of $10 for orders
under $150, Australia wide. This does exclude certain bulky items and remote locations. Delivery charges
for bulky items and remote locations will be calculated on receiving the order, and the customer contacted
with a quote before sending the order.
For international orders, Little Gypsies offers a flat rate of AU $30 delivery to all major international cities.
(This excludes some bulky items) Shipping costs for other locations will be quoted on receiving the order.
Prices do not include any overseas duties & customs charges. These are payable by the customer on
delivery of goods if any fees are applicable.
Australian delivery
Little Gypsies takes pride in the fast and efficient delivery of orders, and will deliver your order direct to
your doorstep using Australia Post. For enhanced efficiency and security, your order will be shipped via
Express post or Registered Mail (Australia). These methods allow us to monitor your purchase through
a certified tracking number and/or require a signature in order for the parcel to be collected.
If you think you may not be home to sign for your parcel, a work address or a PO Box is recommended
for faster delivery. *Please advise in the comments section if you have any special delivery instructions.

deposit, in which case payment must be received and then cleared before the order is sent.
Please allow 3-7 days for delivery within Australia. Regional areas may take a little longer in some cases.
International delivery
Little Gypsies uses Australia Post for the fast and efficient delivery and will deliver your order direct to
your doorstep. For all orders delivered outside of Australia, GST is not applicable.

deposit, in which case payment must be received before the order is sent.
Please allow between 7-14 days for international deliveries.
