
Returns & Exchanges
Little Gypsies wants you to love what you have bought, and your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority.
We understand that sometimes the item may not be the right size, colour, style, or that you simply may not like it.
If you do not, we will be happy to either exchange the item or provide you with a credit note to buy something else.
Please follow the easy returns & exchanges procedure below.
- Ensure item is returned within ten days of receiving the order.
- Print off and complete the returns and exchanges form(below), indicating the reasons
for the return/exchange and whether a exchange or credit note is required.
- Repack and seal the item well to ensure no damage is caused in return transit, including
the Return & Exchanges Form with the item.

All items returned must be unworn, in their original condition, tags intact, undamaged and in perfect packaging
for the exchange to be accepted and processed.
All items being returned to Little Gypsies not due to quality, fault or error are to be returned at the senders
expense and will incur a re-delivery fee. The redelivery fee for Australia is a $10 flat fee. Original freight charged
applies for all other countries. The Returns & Exchanges Form requests the method of payment for return postage,
please clearly note this payment method.
If requested Little Gypsies will happily issue a credit note to be used to buy something else from the Little Gypsies
online shop within 3 months, or the nominated exchange alternative will be sent out.
Please note all product dimensions are approximate as in alot of cases most items are handmade and therefore
may vary from the picture. All care has been taken to ensure descriptions are accurate and photographs truly
depict the items.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
All items are carefully checked as they are packed to ensure every piece you receive is as beautiful as the one
pictured. However, in the unlikely event your item is damaged in some way during transit, was incorrectly sent
or is faulty we will happily arrange an exchange, credit or refund.

damage, error or faulty product.
- Repack and seal the item well, Including the Return & Exchanges Form with the item.

All items being returned as a result of an error, item fault, or was damaged in transit, will have the return
postage charge incurred by the customer reimbursed. The re-delivery is free or a total refund offered.
