Of course. Little Gypsies uses a Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online contact us and we assist you with processing your order.
Are my personal details safe with Little Gypsies?
Little Gypsies practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details, and at no time do we share any of our customers information with any other parties. We do retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. If at anytime you would like your information removed from our files please contact us
What is Little Gypsies’s refunds/exchange policy?
Little Gypsies wants you to love what you have bought, and your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority. We understand that sometimes the item may not be the right size, colour, style, or that you simply may not like it. If you do not, we will be happy to either exchange the item or provide you with a credit note to buy something else.

Does Little Gypsies deliver worldwide?
Yes , we will ship all over the world. Little Gypsies takes pride in the fast and efficient delivery of orders and will deliver your order direct to your doorstep by Australia Post. Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receiving order, unless payment chosen is a bank deposit, in which case payment must be received before the order is sent. Please allow between 7-14 days for international deliveries. Prices do not include any overseas duties & customs charges. These are payable by the customer on delivery of goods if any fees are applicable. For all orders delivered outside of Australia, GST is not applicable. Little Gypsies offers a flat rate of AU $30 delivery to all major international cities. (This excludes some bulky items) The shipping costs for other overseas locations will be quoted on receiving the order.
How much does delivery cost within Australia?
Delivery is FREE for all orders over AU $150 and a flat rate $10 throughout Australia. This does exclude certain bulky items and remote locations. Delivery charges for bulky items and remote locations will be calculated on receiving the order, and the customer contacted with a quote before sending the order. Contact us
How is my order sent ?
Little Gypsies takes pride in the fast and efficient delivery of orders, and will deliver your order direct to your doorstep by Australia Post. For enhanced efficiency and security, your order will be shipped via Express post or Registered Mail (Australia). These methods allow us to monitor your purchase through a certified tracking number and/or require a signature in order for the parcel to be collected. If you think you may not be home to sign for your parcel, a work address or a PO Box is recommended for faster delivery. Please advise in the comments section when ordering if you have any special delivery instructions.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receiving the order, unless payment chosen is a bank deposit, in which case payment must be received and then cleared before the order is sent. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery within Australia. Note regional country areas may take a little longer in some cases.

How can I place an order?
Orders can be made fast, efficiently and most importantly safely online via our secure server. If however for some
reason you are unable to order online Little Gypsies is happy to offer another option.
- Order online and pay using your credit card, we accept Visa and Mastercard or Direct Debit.
- Email us your order. To place an order via email, simply email sales@littlegypsies.com detailing what you want and we will contact you within 24 hours with an order confirmation ant to arrange payment.
When paying via direct debit please use your full name when paying and send us an email to let us know you have paid. Keep in mind payments may take up to 48 hours to clear, and items will be sent once payment has cleared.

What happens if the item I am after is out of stock?
We do endeavour to always be in stock on most pieces with the exception of the Limited Editions lines. Should an item be out of stock please feel free to contact us with your request and we will try and speed up the reorder of the item you are after.
Do the prices listed include GST?
All pricing at Little Gypsies is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. If ordering outside of Australia please use our currency converter tabs and the GST will be deducted at checkout. For other currencies please refer to www.xe.net
Does Little Gypsies gift wrap?
All orders sent from Little Gypsies are delicately wrapped in our store pink, blue or green tissue paper and tied with string. Should you require your order to be wrapped as a gift please let us know in the comments section of the ordering process, we will happily wrap free of charge using our beautiful Little Gypsies craft paper, thick rope, gift tag and your message noted if required.
