Handmade by CIAP (Central Interregional Artisans of Peru ) a non-profit ,self managed association of artisan producer groups. Ciap's mission is to promote the development of the artisans, their families and communities by marketing their products under better terms of trade. To create better employment opportunities for their artisans and their communities, the artisans work together to consolidate orders and minimize the costs of their commercial operations. All members of CIAP benefit from a number of non-commercial activities including training,organizational support, financial management, credit facilities, product development, health support and social events .
